How to make a forum

Hello,
Do you know how to create a forum.What we have to do for making the forum of our website.My friend just make a website and asking for forum.So please tell me the procedure for making the forum for our website.

This is normally as simple as finding a webhost and installing some forum software, i.e. PHPBB or Vbulletin, some webhosts will even install the forum software automatically for you.

It depends what you are looking for. Since you will have a website, it is the best you keep them both together. The easiest way is to get a self-hosted forum else where and link to it.

Forumotion, Zetaboard, proboards allow you to create a forum in munutes, but most of them will not let you transfer it to your domain so if you guys want something for the long term try to investigate myBB or phpBB. Check youtube videos and don't hesitate to ask around. It may seem intimidating but little by little it can be done.

Right now I am in the same boat. I heard wordpress is good for websites so I will give that a go. :]
