Info for those with questions about the "Akatsuki Blitzkampf" section of our forum:
Akatsuki Blitzkampf is a Japanese "doujin"(or fan-made) fighting game that was released in 2007 by a little-known company called "Subtle Style".
Akatsuki Blitzkampf is a game that rather takes a step back into time, with it's gameplay style, with the inclusion of parries(which were in Capcom's Street Fighter games) and unique playstyles for each character, rather than a generic playstyle.

The game's story is set in Japan, circa 266X, where war is common and most people possess electrical super-human powers(from something called the "Blitz Engine"), hence the game's title translates into "Dawn of the Lighting Wars" and everything is kept at a dystopian and gritty tone and atmosphere.

And it seems everyone is out to capture our main hero, "Akatsuki"(no, not that idiot from Naruto), since he woke up from his icey prison in the arctic.

Two notable organizations are after Akatsuki, one organization called "Gesellschaft" and a Hong Kong mafia organization called the "Black Hand Mafia".

The Military Technique Research (or "Gesellschaft")organization also has a religious society called the "Perfecti Kyoudan" for backup.

Akatsuki must evade anyone who attempts to assassinate him and take the Blitz Engine he owns.
