PHPbb Vs SMF VS Mybb

Which of those three forum softwares do you like best?

I like SMF, it has great features. Also forumotion could be added as its own service, since it is a blend of punbb, invision, and phpbb.

I never liked Phpbb for my forum. Mybb is quite good, but my vote goes to SMF. Gets alot of crap from people, but I think they are great!

MyBB is a little basic for me.

I don't think that MyBB is terrible, but I think phpBB is way better. SMF is just terrible in my opinion.

SMF isn't a option for me, as I have no idea how to download anything.

Phpbb - it has really nice styles, and nice modifications. Not to mention it's free. I really don't like MyBB forums looks in general, and I haven't had much experience with SMF.

I think we should probably switch to MyBB though, as it's much simpler.

I choose MyBB. Simply because it looks great and the mods arent as hard as phpbb's to install.

I choose PhpBB3 as it's simple, and has loads of diffrent themes..

This is a hard question. phpBB is a great piece of software and it has many great MODs to make your board the way you like it. However, MyBB is much easier to add MODs to as it's usually just an upload and install process.

I think my answer would be:

phpBB = 60%
MyBB = 40%
SMF = 0%

MyBB is better than phpBB as it has just as many features and it's far easier to use things like plugins. phpBB comes second as it works very well like MyBB and SMF just doesn't work properly and is simple, tacky software.

I like phpbb because it is fast, reliable I am using phpbb on my forum and I really like its functioning.
